War Eagles Air Museum, Santa Teresa, New Mexico
This aircraft became operational in November 1944 was was used by
the United States in both the Korean and Vietnamese Wars. In the
“C” model the gun in the nose was replaced with a transparent nose
to enhance the accuracy of bombing runs.
