The Packard Super 8 was produced from 1933 to 1939.
1936 was the last year the wire wheels were available on this
vehicle. Packard initially produced their vehicles in “series” rather than
by “model year”. Giving in to the annual auto show pressures they
adopted the model year designation on 1934 - during the 11th series.
The vehicle pictured here was in the fourteenth series.
The 13th series was skipped as a series number.
